  • “Blush” by Spencer Sutherland (00:00:00): The movie begins with a radio DJ introducing the #1 song of the day by Koop (Spencer Sutherland). Cassie grooves in her room and celebrates the beginning of her birthday week. The Afterlife of the Party soundtrack song continues as Lisa (Francis) arrives home and dances with her roommate. “Blush” plays again as 00:00:06 during the Cassie-palooza party, and also at 00:00:57 when Max (Timothy Renouf) plays a record and gets frightened by the volume level.
  • “Toilet Ring Around the Rosy” by Dan Waldkirch (00:13:00): Cassie wakes up with a bad hangover. She slips and dies after hitting her head on the toilet. The music fades as Cassie transitions to the afterlife.
  • “God Only Knows” by Adam Garcia (00:39:00): Howie (Adam Garcia) hums The Beach Boys tune that he used to sing to his daughter. At 01:36:00, Cassie and Lisa sing the Afterlife of the Party soundtrack song during an outdoor event. Howie receives closure after encountering his daughter.
  • “Drive” by Spencer Sutherland (00:46:00): Lisa has a casual conversation with Cassie about the past. She tells her friend that Koop has a brand new album. The original Afterlife of the Party soundtrack song plays as the characters have an impromptu dance party. “Drive” kicks in again at 00:49:00 when Cassie tries to get Max’s attention.
  • “One Look” by Spencer Sutherland (01:04:00): Lisa discovers that Cassie has tagged along to see Koop make a music video. Sutherland’s character leads a group performance. Cassie rocks out while Lisa and Max hold hands.
