Players stars Gina Rodriguez as Mack, a sports journalist who schemes with her friends. Damon Wayans Jr. co-stars as Adam, the protagonist’s loyal pal and love interest. The storyline follows Mack as she reaches an epiphany while pursuing a romance with an arrogant war reporter.
