• “Beyond the Sea” by Bobby Darin (00:31:00): Emmett (Cillian Murphy) talks to Evelyn about people who aren’t “worth saving.” Marcus (Noah Jupe) wears headphones during a transition sequence. The A Quiet Place Part II soundtrack song plays as he touches a radio held by his sister, Regan (Millicent Simmonds). Evelyn says, “What is it?” Marcus gasps and says, “Music!” Regan claims that her father, Lee, would’ve heard the tune before. She ultimately determines that the song is a signal for survivors. The A Quiet Place Part II music is featured again at 01:25:00 as Regan clicks an “On Air” radio switch. The track plays from a speaker system and upsets an extraterrestrial creature. Evelyn screams after being bitten. The creature growls and responds negatively to radio feedback.
