- “Just Like a Butterfly (That’s Caught in the Rain)” by Ipana Troubadours (00:28:00): Sister Barnes calls out to Mr. Reed and enters a room. The Heretic soundtrack song plays from a speaker system. Sister Barnes and Sister Paxton (Chloe East) prepare to leave as Mr. Reed’s behavior becomes increasingly bizarre.
- “The Air That I Breathe” by The Hollies (00:40:00): Mr. Reed talks about the Parker Brothers game Monopoly. He starts a record while chastising Sister Barnes and Sister Paxton. The Heretic music plays again at 00:43:00.
- “Creep” by Radiohead (00:45:00): An interior scene continues. Mr. Reed briefly sings the Heretic soundtrack song while speaking to Sister Barnes and Sister Paxton. The official recorded version plays at 01:01:00.
- “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” by Sophie Thatcher (01:46:00): A butterfly disappears from Sister Paxton’s hand. She looks up to the sky. The Heretic music scores the film’s final moments and end credits.
