Blood & Gold stars Robert Maaser as Heinrich, a traumatized German soldier who flees from Nazi officials. Marie Hacke co-stars as Elsa, a soldier who defends her family’s farm. The storyline follows Heinrich as he attempts to reunite with his young daughter. Composers Jessica de Rooij (Sisi) and Hendrik Nölle (Not My Day) scored the 100-minute Netflix film; three music supervisors from Daydream Music & Media selected the featured needle-drops. - “Auf Wiederseh’n'” by Rudy Schuricke (00:00:00): The Blood & Gold soundtrack song scores the opening sequence. Heinrich runs through a field during the spring of 1945. German soldiers shoot at him.
- “Komm Zurück” by Rudy Schuricke (00:04:00): Heinrich says, “We’re a people of murderers.” The music starts during a transition scene. Von Starnfeld (Alexander Scheer) listens to a record.
- “Woven Kann Der Landser Denn Schon Träumen” by Helga Wille (00:15:00): The track plays during an interior scene. Dörfler (Florian Schmidtke) eats with Robert and Von Starnfeld. Music plays from a speaker system.
