Choose or Die stars Iola Evans as Kayla, a college dropout who plays a dangerous computer game called CURS>R. Asa Butterfield co-stars as Isaac, a coder who pursues a romance with the protagonist. The storyline follows the lead characters as they receive instructions from none other than Robert Englund, a horror icon who stars as Freddy Krueger in the A Nightmare on Elm Street movie franchise. Composer Liam Howlett of The Prodigy scored the 84-minute film; music supervisor Nick Angel (Anatomy of a Scandal) assembled the featured needle-drops. Here’s every song in Choose or Die.

  • “Are ‘Friends’ Electric?” by Tubeway Army (00:03:00): Hal (Eddie Marsan) chuckles in his tech room. A record player turns on. The Choose or Die soundtrack song begins as Hal reads a computer message; the music can be heard again at 01:06:00.
  • “West” by Ivy Sole (00:07:00): Kayla leaves work on her bike. The track scores a cityscape montage. Kayla arrives at Isaac’s building.
  • “Song 32” by Noname (00:15:00): Kayla stretches in her bedroom. She repairs a keyboard and smiles as the Choose or Die soundtrack song continues. “Song 32” drops as Kayla leaves her room.
  • “It’s Like That” by Run-DMC (00:38:00): Isaac eats noodles with Kayla. The music plays on the radio. Isaac says, “Hey, this is our song!”
  • “Nothing’s Gonna Hurt You Baby” by Cigarettes After Sex (00:48:00): Isaac and Kayla complete level three of CURS>R. They rest together on a couch. Isaac looks at his computer as the Choose or Die soundtrack song plays in his apartment; the track can be heard again at 01:03:00.
